1. What this warranty covers

VH TRANSTRUCK INC(“we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

Eligible products

Products manufactured by or for VH TRANSTRUCK INC,and purchased new from fitnessthreesixty.com , our official marketplaces, or our authorized retail partners.

Proof of purchase is required.

Typical covered items (examples)

Structural components (e.g., frames, brackets, welds).

Mechanical parts (e.g., hinges, hardware, fasteners) that fail due to a manufacturing defect.

Electronics (if included with the product) that fail under normal use due to defects.

Note: If a product page lists a different warranty term, the product-specific term controls.

2. What this warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., pads, grips, foam, upholstery, rubber feet, coatings/paint, cables/bands).

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) that does not affect function.

Improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or storage; failure to follow instructions.

Misuse or abuse, including dropping, overloading beyond stated limits, impact, or use with unauthorized accessories.

Environmental exposure (corrosion, rust, mold, sun/UV, excessive humidity/temperature).

Modifications or repairs by anyone other than us or our authorized service providers.

Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless expressly labeled for that use (contact us for commercial coverage).

Products with removed/altered serial numbers or purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Shipping damage after delivery—please file claims promptly with the carrier.

3. Duration

Standard term: One (1) year from the purchase date to the original purchaser.

Replacement parts or repaired items are covered for the longer of the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days from the repair/replacement date.

4. Remedies (our obligations)

If a covered defect arises, we will, at our option and subject to applicable law:

Repair the product or component; or

Replace the product or component with a new or refurbished item of equal or greater performance; or

Provide replacement parts and instructions for you to complete the repair.

We may request return of the item for inspection. Refunds are governed by our separate Return/Refund Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

To keep this warranty valid:

Use, assemble, and maintain the product per the instructions.

Do not exceed weight or usage limits posted for the product.

Retain your proof of purchase.

Stop using the product if you notice damage or unusual performance.

6. How to make a claim

Email support@fitnessthreesixty.com or call (516) 894-6238 with:

Your order number, purchase date, and place of purchase.

Product name/model and, if present, serial number.

A description of the issue and clear photos/video showing the defect and overall setup.

Do not ship anything until we issue written instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number. Items returned without authorization may be refused.

Shipping costs:

If we confirm a covered defect within 30 days of delivery, we typically cover reasonable shipping for the remedy we choose.

After 30 days, you may be responsible for shipping the product or parts to us; we’ll cover reasonable return shipping for approved repairs/replacements.

7. Limits and exclusions (legal)

No other warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties (express or implied), including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the one-year period.

Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including personal injury, property damage, or lost profits, to the extent permitted by law.

State/province rights. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion/limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by state/province.

8. Geographic scope

This warranty applies to purchases within the United States unless the product page states otherwise. For international purchases, contact us for region-specific terms.

9. Transfer & resale

This warranty is for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

10. Installation & professional use

If professional installation is required or recommended, use a qualified installer and keep your receipt. For commercial/gym environments, contact us at support@fitnessthreesixty.com for appropriate coverage options.

11. Governing law

This warranty and any dispute relating to it will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in or serving Pinellas County, Florida.

12. How this interacts with returns

13. Changes to this warranty

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your claim will apply to that claim.
